Thomas Early EngineersYou know my son is absolutely obsessed with Thomas. When he first showed an interest he was a little young for some of the sets. Now Learning Curve offers Thomas Early Engineers which are for ages 18 months and up, perfect for your little guy. The engines are chunkier for smaller hands and the good news is that they are fully compatible with the other wooden railway sets.

Misty IslandOne Thomas toy wouldn’t be quite enough for my obsessed son. He is asking for the Thomas the Train: Take-n-Play Rescue from Misty Island from Fisher Price this year from Santa. Misty Island RescueMisty Island Rescue is one of his favorite movies and when he saw this set in the store, he knew he had to have it. In the movie Thomas leaves the Island of Sodor for the first time and meet three new engines. They must work together to get help. This set uses the smaller die cast engines, rather than the wooden cars.
