We used to go out for breakfast every Sunday morning. There were two breakfast spots within walking distance and we would indulge in traditional breakfast fare each week.
After our second child was born I think we did this maybe another three or four times. It became more work than pleasure.
So now I try to fix a nice breakfast (more than just Cheerios) on Sunday mornings at home. Most Sundays we bake Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls.
Who doesn’t love them? We actually buy the Mini Cinnamon Rolls. They are a good size for the kids to eat without making a huge mess (gooey cinnamon rolls are always a little messy) and they think they are getting A LOT when I put several on their plate.
In fact I picked some up at the store today for this weekend’s big breakfast. (Pillsbury sent me a coupon, but I didn’t have it with me. I purchase these each week regardless.)
Pillsbury has partnered with Melissa Joan Hart and is giving away a seven-day vacation.
(From the company:) In an effort to recapture Sunday mornings as the ideal occasion to reconnect with family and loved ones, Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls is teaming up with Melissa Joan Hart, star of the new ABC Family sitcom “Melissa & Joey,” for the My Sweet Sunday Moment contest, where you and your family have a chance to win a seven-day “week of Sundays” vacation to California, including a visit to area theme parks and Melissa Joan Hart´s sweet shop, SweetHarts! Enter today by visiting Pillsbury.com/SweetSunday and telling Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls why your family loves Sunday and why you want more of them for a chance to win.
Giveaway!
What makes Sunday breakfast even better? I don’t have a seven-day vacation to offer you here, you’ll have to go to Pillsbury’s site to enter to win that. But I do have a prize pack from Pillsbury including a coupon for Cinnamon Rolls to award to one lucky reader of Multi-Minding Mom.
This is a quick one, enter today!

Our Family of 10 love Pillsbury Rolls
My favorite Sunday breakfast is one that someone else makes for me, LOL! But seriously, I always love to make cinnamon rolls for Sunday. Homemade ones are best, but Pillsburys are good most of the time. We have had a tradition since I got married (17 years!) that we always make Pillsbury cinnamon rolls for Christmas morning breakfast. At first 1 can was enough for the two of us. Now with our large family, we need at least 3 cans! We can’t get enough.
My family always loved Pillsbury Cinnamon rolls. Then my children grew up and moved on over the years but my husband and I eat these cinnamon rolls usually twice a week and 1 of those days are alwayss on Sunday mornings before we go to church. It is the quickest to fix plus the most delicious witha glass of milk!
My favorite Sunday breakfast is sausage gravy and biscuits — maybe a side of hash browns, and if we’re going all out a slice or two of bacon
*Thanks* for the giveaway!
I love Sunday mornings because my family is not rushing around trying to get out the door to work and school. We all sit down together and have a great brunch and good conversation. Many memories have been made on Sunday mornings with Pillsbury deliciousness.
