Ford What Women Want: Tech & Quality Event (Tell Me What YOU Want)

Ford Motor Company and BlogHer have invited me to the What Women Want: Tech & Quality Event in Chicago the day before BlogHer begins.

I'm very excited about this. You know we are a Ford family. We have a Taurus wagon, which just hit 65k miles, and an F-150 workhorse of a truck. The truck is actually more tricked out than the car.

We may be replacing the Taurus at some point. We test drove the Ford Flex and loved it. I am not sure who was more sad to hand back over the keys, me or my daughter. (I have a review of the Ford Flex on The Full Mommy which includes videos of several of my favorite features. Go check it out!)

Back to the upcoming event...we get to go on the production line of the brand new 2010 Ford Taurus. I hear that the trunk space is quite ample. I am definitely going to ask if there is another wagon in the works.

We'll get to test drive the Fusion. You know I'm all about being eco-friendly.

And we even get to try our hand (or not use our hands at all, as the case may be) using the Active Park Assist. You touch a button, let go of the steering wheel, and the car parallel parks itself. I will not even try parallel parking my husband's behemoth of a truck!
