A chain link fence stands between our garage and our neighbor's back yard. To hide the fence, they have planted clematis and grape vines, which have climbed and spread at breakneck speed.
Squirrels and birds feast on the bitter grapes all summer. But a few orbs escape their predators and sweeten to be consumed by friendly neighbors (us!).
